They claim that it will help you to eliminate various problems and basically speaking they work by targeting the reasons why you suffer these problems. Many wrinkles are caused by the breakdown of collagen and elastin due to sun exposure and smoking among other things. They fight and reverse these problems.

Frankly speaking, tretinoin is used in a number of prescription acne treatments for a reason. It works to turn over cells and eliminate acne. There have been some recent studies that have shown that since vitamin A turns over skin cells, it could reduce fine lines. However, it does not work on deep wrinkles, and frankly speaking, the studies are somewhat questionable.

Refissa relies on a purely questionable product. It can be obtained either over the counter or through a prescription. But it’s extremely expensive, and at best it could work on fine lines with a number of different side effects such as redness, feeling of warmth, irritation, itching, peeling, redness, stinging, and dermatitis.
