A well known company, Elizabeth Arden covers an array of women’s beauty needs including cosmetics, skin care products, and fragrances for every age group.
Their two basic anti-aging skin care lines are Prevage and Ceramide.
Prevage offers “Advanced Anti-Aging Technology,” while Ceramide is marketed as a “luxurious anti-aging treatment for skin.” Both are formulated to lift sagging skin, decrease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and provide a brighter, more youthful complexion.
Prevage Eye Advanced Anti-aging Serum delivers “revolutionary Idebenone,” a powerful antioxidant to “correct, protect and transform the look of eyes.”
Prevage Eye Advanced Anti-aging Serum promises to minimize fine lines, wrinkles and crow’s feet, lighten dark circles and provide relief for under eye puffiness. It also claims to be able to firm and tone the delicate eye area, and diminish discoloration and age spots caused by sun damage and environmental pollutants.
Elizabeth Arden products are widely available through fine department stores, as well as online.

Product Details:
Unfortunately Elizabeth Arden does not disclose a full ingredient list for any of their products. They only list Idebenone as a key ingredient, which is apparently tested and proven more potent than ALA (alpha lipoic acid), kinetin, vitamins C and E and coenzyme Q10.
Here’s the problem with relying upon antioxidants to provide anti-aging results. Antioxidants fight free radical damage caused to skin cells from sun, environmental pollution, poor diet and illness. And while antioxidants may prevent future damage, they will do little to “correct” or “transform” existing skin problems.
And without a full ingredient list it’s hard to gauge Prevage Eye Advanced Anti-aging Serum’s overall effectiveness.
Overall Impression of Elizabeth Arden:
Elizabeth Arden provides a professional website and a long history in the skin care industry. But we feel they may be relying more upon a “name” than the necessary science to provide dramatic anti-aging results.
Online Elizabeth Arden does not seem to offer a money-back guarantee either, so you may want to check in store for refund details.
We recommend you look for a less expensive and more effective eye cream solution by looking at our “5 best eye creams.”
Good luck!
