Dermalex-MD is a product claiming to specifically remove dark circles from under the eyes. They claim it is the only product their company makes and its mission is to eliminate and prevent future dark circles under the eyes. There is another site that is rather similar, but does not appear to want to be connected to the same idea known as darkcircles.net

Dermalex-MD ingredients include deionized Water, Aloe Vera Gel, Glycerine, Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone, Steareth-20, Dipeptide-2, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-3, N-Hydroxysuccinamide, Chrysin, Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin-A), Cucumber Extract, Sodium Hydroxide, Polysorbate-20, Carbomer, Propylene Glycol, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Diazolidnyl Urea, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Potassium Sorbate, Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin-E), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin-C). As you can see, they actually do have some impressive ingreidnets in the fight against wrinkles. They have some peptides in relatively high concentrations and they have retinyl palmitate to increase skin cell turnover in general. However, they lack actual eye targeting ingredients. All of their ingredients are not concentrated or specific enough to target the area around the eyes, and isn’t that the whole point? Moreover, they also seem to use a number of irritants that could age the skin faster or hurt it such as propylene glycol.
We are rather impressed by Dermalex-MD as compared to some other products, but not impressed enough to recommend it. They start out well using some of the right ingredients to target wrinkles, but not those wrinkles, bags, or dark circles around the eyes. Moreover, they further frustrate any recommendations using common irritants. There are various reasons why we would not recommend Dermalex MD at this time.
