Apparently the main ingredient of Biotoxyl comes from the Antarctic glaciers. This sounds quite like an ingredient known as Antarctine. They also claim that their 3 major ingredients will prevent muscle contractions, provide firmness in lines and wrinkles, and promote cellular growth. So argireline is definitely in the mix. Otherwise, there are quite a few ingredients that could promote the other effects and their descriptions. But, in any mix, it requires relatively high concentrations of most of these types of ingredients, with the exception of argireline, which has a maximum of 10%. But at $395, you can definitely find all these ingredients and more in more affordable formulations.
Price: $395
The named ingredients include matrixyl, argireline, and antarctine. They claim that antarctine is a recently discovered organism, which is another way of saying it hasn’t been proven as of yet. Antarctine is composed of proteins and sugars that apparently soothe the skin. Matrixyl really does promote the growth of collagen and elastin, but it requires rather significant concentrations, which most companies do not use. Biotoxyl provides no full ingredients list, leading to a lot of questions and few answers.
Without question, at $395, Biotoxyl is severely overpriced, and they do not actually provide any kind of money back guarantee. It is not the only product with said ingredients, and other competitors do not have a price anywhere near the price of Biotoxyl. And one ingredient pushed really hasn’t been proven. We would like to see something unique if consumers are expected to pay something just short of $400 for one bottle or a year’s supply of the product. And above all, we would like to see unveiled and complete information.
